Text chat uses no credits. Standard-speed daily allowances are 100 conversation turns on Starter, 200 on Pro and 400 on Ultra. After that, replies arrive more slowly; you can keep chatting. Each plan also has a daily maximum of twice its allowance — 200 turns on Starter, 400 on Pro and 800 on Ultra — after which text replies resume at 00:00 UTC. A turn is one message from you and its reply. Allowances reset daily.

Sending your own voice uses no credits. Voice input has a daily anti-abuse limit of 20 messages. This is separate from hearing your companion’s voice replies, which use credits.

A voice reply costs 1 credit (typically about 6 seconds). A five-second video at 480p costs 20 credits. Each request uses the displayed cost; playing an existing reply again costs nothing. Failed generation returns its credits.

Custom character creation is currently unavailable. You can chat with the four preset companions. Subscribing does not unlock the builder while it is unavailable. The following allowances apply when creation is available. Creating a character of your own costs no credits. Plans include 1 / 3 / 10 character slots, and you can create up to 2 / 6 / 20 characters a month — twice your slots, so every one of them can be replaced. Deleting a character frees its slot right away; it does not return that month's creation. Credit packs add credits, not slots: more room for characters comes with the plan. Your trial includes 1 character and 2 creations in total. A photo we can't accept — more than one face, someone who looks under age, a public figure, or unsafe content — is refused before anything is generated and doesn't use a creation.

Subscription credits arrive monthly, including on yearly plans, and unused credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period. They don’t roll over. Expiring credits are spent first. Purchased pack credits never expire and stay available after cancellation; buying a new pack requires an active subscription. Welcome credits have their own seven-day expiry. Credits held for a reply that is still generating are returned if it fails; if the credits they came from expired while the reply was in flight, they come back as credits that last 24 hours, never as credits you cannot spend.

Every active subscription includes one free Their day video per week, sent once you let your companion write first (say yes when they ask in the chat, or turn it on under “When she messages first” on your account page). Trial and expired-trial accounts don’t receive weekly videos or check-in rewards. Subscribers earn 20 / 60 / 200 credits for consecutive check-ins on days 3 / 7 / 30. Extra daily videos are optional, cost 20 credits each and start only after you opt in.

New accounts receive a 7-day trial, with up to 50 text messages per day. Thirty welcome credits are issued once after email verification and the anti-abuse check, and expire 7 days after issue. Voice replies and videos use that balance. After the trial, you can still send 5 text messages per day; your relationship and memories stay. Subscribe whenever you’re ready. No card is required to start, and the trial does not automatically charge you.

Monthly prices are $9.99 / $19.99 / $39.99. Yearly prices are $99.90 / $199.90 / $399.90, billed in one payment: twelve months for the price of ten. Displayed monthly equivalents for yearly plans are rounded. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancel renewal any time; benefits remain until your paid period ends.
